Return & Refund Policy:

You can return anything for any reason by writing us within seven days notifying that you would like to make a return. 

In the event that your purchase arrives damaged, you will need to send supporting photographs. Your money will be refunded upon the safe receipt of the piece back to Dovetail Wood Arts. The shipping of artwork is a delicate process, so we ask that you please return the product in the packing it was received, or similar suitable replacement. 

Return shipping fees will be at the customer's expense. A 10% restocking fee may apply for certain items.
